How much is delivery?

  • UK Standard - FREE over £50
  • EU - €9.95 (£5.69)
  • US - FREE for orders over US$150 (£110) or US$8.95 (£6.39)
  • Rest of the World - US$8.95 (£6.39)

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • UK Standard - 1-3 working days
  • UK Next Day - Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Thu, 11am on Friday will be delivered on the next working day
  • EU - 3-4 working days
  • US & Rest of the World - 3-7 working days

Orders with personalisation will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Will I have to pay duty and customs fees?

Parcels may be subject to import duties and tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately Glenmuir has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts charged. Orders to the US and Australia under US$1,000 should incur no import duty.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.


Can I request a return or exchange?

Any unworn/unused item(s) in its original packaging and condition can be returned for a refund within 28 days of receipt. The refund will be applied to the card or PayPal account used to pay - you’ll receive an email to confirm your refund.

We are able to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or colour. If you would like a different product style please return your item for a refund and re-order.

Personalised or Glenmuir Ryder Cup items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

How can I make a return or exchange?

Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice sent with your parcel. Pack your item(s) along with the invoice and send back to (you may wish to use the peelable address label on your invoice):

I’ve lost my original invoice - what do I do?

Please provide a note with your order number and the reason for the return. If you want to make an exchange, ensure you let us know which colour and size you would like instead.
